This Parish Councils approach to pay is to ensure we attract & retain a high performing workforce whilst always ensuring value for money for precept payers.  The Parish Council’s aims are to ensure that the remuneration of each position is fair to staff, across all posts, and that remuneration complies with all legal obligations, such as the Equality Act 2010.
